I can't even begin to describe how awful this/that/these company is. From the moment I first contacted/interacted with/spoke to them, it was a disaster/train wreck/complete nightmare. Their customer service is atrocious/horrendous/beyond terrible, and they don't care/are completely unhelpful/seem indifferent to your problems.
Every/Each and every/All interaction with them has been stressful/frustrating/painful. They misrepresent/lie about/fail to deliver their products and services, and when you try to complain/resolve the issue/get a refund, they just make excuses/pass the buck/give you the runaround.
I've tried everything/all I can think of/to no avail to get this resolved, but it's hopeless/there's no end in sight/they just keep making it worse. Do yourself a favor and avoid/steer clear of/never do business with this company. You've been warned!

This past week/month/year, I experienced the most horrible/awful/terrible customer service of my life/existence/memory. It all started when I went to a store/an establishment/a company to buy/purchase/obtain something/a product/an item.
